Learning to ride switch is probably the best way to progress your riding. It's never to early to start practicing. And simply visualizing moves is key.
 
 
Wakeboard Surface 180
SURFACE 180
Skill Level: Medium
Once you have learned to get up and ride switch, it's a good idea to learn this move. It's best to practice this move at a slower boat speed.
 
 
Wakeboard Boardslide
BOARDSLIDE AND LIPSLIDE

 Like grinding on a skateboard or riding the lip of wave while surfing, this move is stylish with endless combinations!
 
 
Wakeboard Ollie 180

An Ollie 180 is when you do an Ollie and turn the board 180 degrees in the air.

The Heelside Wake Jump is the easiest wake to wake air and the one you will likely try first. Many tricks are done wake to wake and learning this move will stoke your confidence.

  Intermediate Level Tricks  
 
Wakeboard Grabs
GRABS
Skill Level: Medium
As in all board sports, grabbing is the key to style. You can grab your board in many different ways, in any wakeboarding trick you do. Poking and tweaking grabs, makes for an endless variety of moves.
 
 
Wakeboard Toeside 180
TOESIDE FRONTSIDE 180
Skill Level: Medium
Many riders find that a Toeside Frontside 180 is easier to learn than a Heelside 180. A frontside spin means that your body spins towards the boat first.
 
 
Wakeboard Heelside 180
HEELSIDE FRONTSIDE 180
Skill Level: Medium
Before attempting this trick wake to wake, practice it over one wake first. You should also be very comfortable crossing the wake toeside. Go back and do a few No-Air Wake Crossings before you give it a go!
 
 
Wakeboard Toeside 360
TOESIDE FRONTSIDE 360
Skill Level: Medium
Once you have a consitent Toeside Frontside 180, your ready to for the full 360. The pull from the boat will pull you around naturally.
 
  Advanced Level Tricks  
 
Wakeboard Backside 180
BACKSIDE 180
Skill Level: Hard
A Backside 180, also known as a Wake Jump to Blind, is a technical trick that requires a lot of control in the air. Adding a grab will make this trick very stylish.
 
 
Wakeboard Backroll
HEELSIDE BACK ROLL
Skill Level: Hard
A Heelside Backroll will likely be the first invert you choose to attempt. The mechanics are simple and the movement happens naturally.
 
 
Wakeboard Roll to Revert
HEELSIDE BACK ROLL TO REVERT
Skill Level: Hard
Once you've got your Back Roll down this trick is pretty easy to learn. All you got to do is add a Frontside 180 to the end of the move and you will stick it!
 
 
Wakeboard Toeside Backroll
TOESIDE BACK ROLL
Skill Level: Hard
The mechanics of this trick are not much different than doing a back flip, learn how to do a gainer on a diving board and you got it!
 
 
Wakeboard Front Roll
FRONT ROLL
Skill Level: Hard
The mechanics of a Front Roll are really no different than doing a front filp off a diving board. If you've practiced the Waketrix fundamentals, this should be easy!
 
 
Wakeboard Scarecrow
SCARECROW
Skill Level: Hard
A Scarecrow is a Toeside Front Roll with a Frontside 180. Stick a few of each and then go for it! The pull from the boat makes the rotation at the end easy.
 
 
Wakeboard Tantrum
TANTRUM
Skill Level: Hard
The mechanics of a Tantrum aren't much different than doing a back flip on a diving board. What's unique about this move is the take off. Listen up!
 
 
Wakeboard Raley
RALEY
Skill Level: Hard
A Raley is really just an extention of a really big wake jump. The move requires two things, an aggressive edge and true commitment!
